Default E-Savage vs E-Savage Flux

Does E-Savage have the same transmission/drivetrain as E-Savage Flux? Can E-Savage brush version handle 6s if converted to brushless? Thanks

I have had two E-Savages and have a Savage Flux now, the E-Savage and Savage Flux share NO parts in common, the E-Savage is smaller and considerably weeker.

The E-Savage has weak driveshafts (plastic sliders) and the front / rear diffs are prone to stripping, the centre transmission is solid, but the slipper clutch / spur gear are not very reliable. The E-Savage struggles to be reliable on even a basic 4s brushless system without serious modification, and would disintegrate under a 6s system.
