tmaxx help

i have a older tmaxx that was converted to a widemaxx and it has a duel dynamite mach 26 conversion done to it with twin rb super chargers and its water cooled and im have a problem with it shifting into 2nd gear..can anyone help with my problem.ive tried just about everything ive rebuilt the trans 3 times and it has all metal gears and a metal trans case...and can anyone out there give me any info on the 3 speed trans for the maxx.thanx
