Default Savage X Sway Bar

Hello gentlemen,

Have anyone tried out the HPI Sway Bars for Savage X...?

The Sway Bar is suitable for X, XL and Flux, or older Savage model that have replaced their bulk head to the newer X types.

If so; will it hinder the jumping ability of it?

Thanks!

I originally got the kit for the upper hinge pin caps *(no more zip tie to keep them from falling out) but the extra stiffness seems to really help with body roll. Sway bars shouldn't interfere with jumping in any way.

Thats good to know, I've seen reports on other sites that say they help with body roll, but its good to hear they do work. Are you using the stiffest ones?

Now if they'll just come back in stock....somewhere, anywhere...

Thanks, have you seen anyone with them in stock? Seems like everywhere thats lists them they are out of stock and it seems to have been that way for a while too.

Thank you for your reply.

I used to race Monster Truck in my country; and roll is a big problem, and also now I don't use 1/2" offset wheels as I had a Hotbodies D8T Truggy as well; which I raced it every month, and after 3 races or so; the zero offset LPR Crime Fighter will goes to my Savage X.

It's good to know that the sway bars will not interfere with the jumping.
I'll grab a pack.Thanks for your info.
