E-Converted T-maxx, opinions needed....
3 Attachment(s)
I've got a electric converted T-maxx. I received this in a trade for cheap.
I know just buy or build an e-maxx. (2-speed automatic is cool) I want to put a brushed motor in it and run it on 7.2 volts. What motor and esc can I use and not damage them?? I have some Titans.....:tire: but??? idk... What do you guys think? This will be for my 2 year old. He loves to play with it and pretend his working on it. Its his Big Truck like his daddy's and his brothers. I just cant bring my self to sell it  He has a stampede to learn on to, when he's ready :D:D: Any suggestions would be cool, Thanks!! e- tmaxx
Buy a kershaw designs 650 they are more durable then the titans, or try a titan 775, you might have to mod your motor mount.

i mean it is a good idea using the stock aluminum chassis but i would have just bought the normal emaxx chassis because it has a longer wheel base and it is a lot lighter eventually i would go brushless get a feigo brushless motor and a mamba max pro esc then you are set

Thanks for the info guys, still not sure what I'm going to do with it. I might just let my 2yr old play with it
I agree with you slashitup on the e-maxx thing. Thats the normal thing to do. I traded a checkpoint 13x2 for the truck plus I add somethings I had laying around. I still think the 2 speed automatic would be cool but this has the single speed and FOC installed. |
not to bad
