my one way bearing is not working it doesnt grab at all the hobby shop doesnt have it and they cant get it what should i do

Sometimes cleaning owb with motor spray will fix it (if its not totally worn out) and make it grab again.

You obviously need to find someone else that sells owbs for that motor.

i have tryed that before it works for 3-4 starts and then slips aigain
