tmax engine swap?

I know there is a OS that swaps right in? ami correct? It the same motor mounts and everything. My only concern is running nitro ATM. I got a SC8 nitro, and this. But they tend to be a pain in the ass , lol. I dont really like the 2.5 engine to be honest, and i want to upgrade to something quicker. I this its a VERY fast motor.. Thanks.

You're right - this one is a direct replacement -

Buddy of mine have the T-Maxx 3,3 - nothing but trouble with the ez-start and all.
What is the most suited replacement engine, kind is better than fast - cause he really cant tune or drive

OS engines are known for holding their tune, so if you can find one, the OS18TM or the newer one that replaces the 18, the OS21TM.

yeah the .18tm was discontinued and replaced with a much more expensive .21tm. You can get a .18tz and put a .18tm crank in it and be done. Other wise you will have to cut the crank to fit it.

RB makes a T-Maxx engine/header/pipe combo. It's the model # TM523. I'm actually running a TM523 pipe on my 2.5R at the moment. I don't have much experience with RB motors, but you could ask around.

I got a 3.3 with a tiger drive roto start. E-z start never really worked good.
