Summit lights

Has anyone modified the Summit to install lghts on the top portion of the body? How difficult was it and where did you get the kit for it?

Woohoo!

I just finished modding mine and was looking for a place to show off.. mind you, it's not pro quality, but it looks good and I'm happy with it.:D

**EDIT: Well then, apparently I've not posted enough to have pictures? Email me and I'll gladly share....

This was finished in an afternoon with plenty of time to test it out.
The LEDs were from a touchlight kind of thingy I had sitting around. All the wiring and hardware used were from the original light. I drilled out the plastic "lights" on the roof rack and just glued the LEDs in place. Voila!

Total project cost: $0
Uploading pics to share with the world: Also $0
Making your RC truck better than the next guy's: Priceless

traxxas make a kit to replace the light bar on top with working light. its about $15 and it hooks into the lighting that is already on the truck.

The Traxxas Roof Light Bar works just fine for me.
