Default revo 3.3

hey guys I just had to order an engine for my losi 8ight. FMSN21BF-LIMITED - Novarossi N21BF Limited Edition .21 Off Road 3 Port Buggy Engine. If I ordered a second one of these would it fit into a revo and could I use the 086 pipe or what would I need. I believe Im gonna go to a starter box for this truck also. Just not sure what all I would need for this truck if this would be a good engine for a revo.

first off nice engine and really good price as far as it going into a revo you would need the big block kit the only thing that i see is that the crankshaft looks a little long but other than that you should be fine

The O.S .18tm was a direct drop in for the revo until they discontinued it. The TZ needs to have the crank cut, linkage customized, and a BB mount to fit in the revo. The O.S .21tm is the motor that took the place of the .18tm, to bad it is $200 more

the Novarossi N21BF will probably work with New era BB kit. The crank does look a little bit long but nothing you cant fix with a dremel. The new era kit is the absolute best BB kit for the revo out their.

The TZ is not that hard to install. You don't need any other engine mount, the stock mount works fine.

If you get the 18TZ p, all you need is a OFNA clutch nut, the shim kit, and a starter box.

You can also just buy the TZ and a TM crankshaft and be done, all for under 200.

If you need any help, lmk, it's all I run
