Arrow 3905 emaxx w/mmm, not enough

i've been running my emaxx for a while and i need more speed. currently it has the mamba monster v3 w/ mamba 2200kv motor and a 6s 5000mah thunder power lipo. what motor would be an upgrade for this combo? thanks

Have you tried playing with the gearing ? 24/64 with 6s would get you into the 50mph range ...

My mate gets 65 MPH with his 2200 on 6s and you want more lol

What's the rating on your battery pack? If it can't put out enough amps to power the motor, you could be losing some speed there. I'd imagine you would want a 30C+ rating on a setup like that.

I have an E-Revo with the MMM V3 and 2200Kv motor and on 6s it is easily pushing 50-55mph on 6s, geared 23/68. How hot do your batteries or system get?

the battery is a 25c continuous 50c burst. nothing gets hot. gearing is 19/68, need to change that plus it has j concepts lpr's on it.
