Default what Truck this?

I was given this truck. Looks like a great base for a crawler. What is it?

Default XTM?

The XTMs I've seen are all aluminum, wait I was thinking of the new rock crawler by XTM. Clueless

Looks to me like it would make a kick ass rock crawler. Are there any conversion kits to electric for this machine?

I was thinking of their rock crawler. I wondered about the plate chassis but I don't know how I missed seeing the fuel tank. All I have to say for myself is "duhhhhhhhh".

xtm made the x-factor, and followed it with the x-factor2, this could be a first gen.

Yup, it's a first gen XTM X-Factor. My buddy had one, it was pretty stinkin cool. As far as an electric conversion I don't think there is one however the axles make pretty decent crawling axles. You could easily make a chassis, or buy one, and have a full blown crawler. I don't think the tranny would make a great crawler tranny but you could always try it. Try checking out rccrawler.com for more info and builds using the X-Factor. There are some pretty cool ones out there.

That second truck looks like an XTM Mammoth. It's up to you if you want to fix it up or not. I wouldn't though. That chassis is a weak design.

There's an entire forum dedicated to the X-factor and Kyosho Twin Force at RCCrawler:

http://www.rccrawler.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=12

I don't believe there is any mass-produced conversion kits available. Fabbing one up shouldn't be too difficult. Most crawler guys use the axles and ditch the rest though.
