Shocks for a MGT

I just bought the truck, I knew it needed a little work but the price was right. It has Integy (sp) shocks on it. All but 1 was bone dry on oil. After reading some nasty coments about there stuff im thinking about not rebuilding them and getting something different. What is a decent brand for the money.

:deathstar<----WTF would a guy need this smilie for, lawlz......

Spend a little extra and get Powerstrokes. You'll be glad you did.;)

yeah $200 is to much for shocks, i only paid $150 for the whole truck

I understand. On the other hand, because you paid so little for the truck, if you do spend extra for the Powerstrokes, you'll still be ahead of the game!

These just sold for $100!

Take some time and check ebay, you might find a deal.

That or get a set of the stock shocks and get the A.E. alloy shock caps , get the A.E. red or copper springs and run 40-45 wt oil .

Besides the Power Strokes its the best/cheapest way too go IMO .

I am running Team Bluestar alloy shocks and they were ok till the seals wore out and I cannot buy rebuild kits .
