Any suggestions on how to make the Savage handle a lil better.

Get a set of lowered CG, extended wheelbase TVPs. Short of that, run with suspension arms level (lowered) will help reduce strg roll. I found better springs too - some variable rate ones helped also. Wheels with increased offset help too.

ya that's the best way. a little thing you can do right now is take the little spacers off the shocks and that will lower you about 1-2 CMs. i wouldnt worry about extended wheelbase because the farthest ive ever seen extended out was 2 inches and thats what the XL is stock. and the XL chassis is already (kinda)low CG.

Ima try taking out the spacers and see how ts does. Remember i also wanna bash the crap outta the truck thats the whole reason i got it. Just gets annoying when it tips over while turning. thanks guys

ok good. now if y ou want a really strong truck, you can double up the TVPs. just buy 2 XL TVPs off of EBay for like $20 and put them over the existing ones.

Buy some Ofna Racing offset Rims. They will increase the width of your Xl conversion by around three inches

These are words of wisdom here. it makes all the difference in the world to a racer or someone who doesn't want to torque roll all the time

I have done the same to my savage . XL conversion , With an RB TM728Ofna 100% offset rims and proline badlands
Golden Horizon Knuckles and C-hubs

I can hold WOT and corner full turn without rolling over ( no Bull )
or i can run WOT to full brake with full turn without rolling

this thing will not roll

Get these rims ASAP

Do not take out the spacers on the outside of the shock . Those are there to soften the blow off hard landings, and they also stop the shock from blowing the top off.

A better idea is to lower your CG by adding those same rubber bumpers to the inside of your shocks. This will limit the upward travel of your shocks.
Therefor lowerering the CG.

One spacer = Half an inch lower
Two spacers= one inch lower

wouldn't recommend anymore than two per shock
unless you plan on bottoming out alot
