Default Hot racing shocks problem

Okay I got these hot racing shocks on my savage x.
Anyways I'm trying to fill them with oil. (They are brand new, I had oil in them before but it wasn't the right kind so I'm putting in diffetrent stuff now)
Problem is when I fill them and then put the cap on, all the oil just squeezes right out of the bleeder hole in the shock cap. I'm getting really ticked because I paid $75 bucks for these.
Can anyone help me here? How do I get the oil to stop bleeding out when I compress them?
I looked for hot racing's support # but couldn't find it. If anyone can give me that that would help a lot also.
Thanks
