Default Help!! T-Maxx 2.5 Transmission Problems

During the 3rd tank of the break-in procedure, my T-Maxx 2.5 started behaving as if the transmission was slipping, so I tightened down the slipper nut. It didn't help. When I tried to engage reverse, the engine would rev, but the truck didn't move. When I turned the spur gear by hand, it would roll smoothly in one direction, but be notchy and noisy when turned the other way. I put in a brand new transmission, and continued the break-in. Everything worked perfectly for one tank, then started slipping again. Now the truck won't move at all when the engine revs up. What should I do now?

check and make sure the servo that changes the forward/reverse lever is engaging correctly. i had the problem of engine revs, but no movements as well. the problem was the gear box was always set in neutral.
