Default Engine Upgrade!!

So... i started off with a torq .21 that i heavily modifed with some port work on the sleeve. the engine was in a Nitro Thunder Quake.... Since the truck is soo old i am now in the process of restoring it with new aftermarket parts. So heres my question.... I am looking for the nastiest, biggest, baddest motor on the market(wiht out going to gasoline engines) to put in my truck. The truck as you probably know is HEAVY, so i need something with A LOT of power and bottom end grunt to get it going. Much help and opinions would be apriciated.

Thanks

whats the price and can you give some details on the motor, also will it bolt directly to .21 mounts?

$200 to $225 on average

designed to deliver ton`s torque

Yet very controllable...

I just broke mind in last week-end and I`m very impress !

Started right up and responded to tuning very well...

Made driving my MGT all the better....

For the money the LRP Z28 is one of the best motors on the market. I have one about a year in my MGT and it screams once it is broken in. Best part is they are only around 175 bucks at AMain or Tower or anywhere.

If money is no a problem then go with the Nova Rossi 528, TONS of Torque, the dammmm thing can pull a house down. I have one of those in my CRT Truggy but it is Modded by Jim Hottinger, I hear the stock ones are amazing too.

I have a OS Speed Vspec in a 777WC and it also screams like a demon. Not familiar with your truck but if it is stock and heavy and you just want to bash around in the desert and still have a screamer, IMO you will not go wrong with an LRP Z28 Pull start or they have one that you need a starter box or you will have to get the roto conversion for it. Either way, you cannot go wrong for the money.

thanks for the help again... there are some sites i am unable to see being deployed and all.... sites aare blocked. is there one that has the roto start already on it. i would perfer to have the roto start vs. a starter box or pull start.... kinda going for looks too.

thanks again

Roto start option for this engine from Tower is 10.19. Then all you need is a drill and you are set.
