set Sanwa MX - Ａ controller to default setting

Do anyone know how to set it back to default setting because i start my car it will run itself i never even pull the triggle it run already so i dunno how to set it back i try alot of time until my gear burn so i want to ask how to set it back

PLS tell me PLS
