Wow, if that is 65mph, I would like to see how fast things that are really going 65mph look. I sure the chick was super impressed with your BS as well.

it doesnt look like its going 65mph.. you have to warm up the engine for the gears to shift.. it's not like if it's not shifting gears at first it's not the right engine for the transmission.. it's not like that.. peace

Glad you finally got it running the way you like. I always had to tinker with that truck everytime i ran it, it was always something. When i got my savage i was just just like alright, time for the T-maxx to find a new home, i was hoping you would have better luck with it and it seems like you finally got all the quarks worked outta it.

Muswagon 07-26-2007 06:56 PM

We were trying to tell you in a rude way that your truck would never do 65.

wes95_z28 07-26-2007 07:01 PM

When i sold it to him with the gearing i had on it when i shipped it, it would run right at 42 MPH on 33% @ 240 degrees f. With 3 more teeth on the clutch bell it would probably come close to if not right over 50 but that is about all that motor will push that truck.

Rowdyray 07-26-2007 07:49 PM

I was going to say maybe 50. But, hey that's not bad. Glad you got it where you want it to be. Looks like you're having fun.

Now get it out into the dirt and tear it up! That's what it was meant for.
