.27 throttle issues
 

Ok guys I have a savage that I got for basically nothing and pretty much nothing on it is still savage. It has a sirio .27 motor with a 3 speed behind it and hpi exhaust. Ok the problem is the previous owner said he couldnt get it to run with the new motor so thats how I got it so I messed around with it all day today and pulled the pull cord out of it twice but I finally got it running and now I can give it gas up to half throttle it runs fine but when I try to give it full throttle it doesnt take and tries to stall. I need to do some more tuning on it tommorow but I was just asking to see if anyone has had this similar problem.

It sounds like a tuning problem, so have a play around with it and see how you go.

Seems to me like you need to adjust the high speed needle.

yes adjust the high speed needle just play around with the tuning until u find a good setup that works.
