Partial T-Maxx w/ Megatech M-16 Engin

I received this for free from a co-worker, this is the scoop:

-There are no electronics and the fuel tank is cracked.
-He also told me that the the bumpers most likely need replaced.
-He said the motor runs but probably needs to be tuned. A friend of mine down the street that has a few year experience with nitro cars did something and said it appears it has good compression.
-Also, it has a set of 4 practicaly brand new Pro Line Maxx Mulcher tires and some wheels.

Lastly, my ultimate goal is to get a 1/8 scale buggy or truck. I have two big questions.

First question is, From the pictures (will povide more if needed) can anyone tell me the what I need to get this thing going and ball-park estimate cost.

Second question is, is it worth it to spend the money and try and sell this as a whole truck? If not, how much should I ask for this truck in it's current condition?
A while ago I had an offer for $120. Oh yeah, and is anyone interested. []

I would say around $ 100.00 you should have it running off of EBAY. And I don't see shocks .

Correct, no shocks. So I don't think I can get radio, servos, shocks, new bumpers, etc for $100.

Oh yeah an an ESC. So I'm thinking that I'm most likely not going to get anymore out of this getting it RTR than I would if I just try to sell it the way it is.

Definately what I meant. Thanks for the catch. If I go with stock equipment, I could have this thing running for less than $150
