I couldnt get my revo to start either (2 Weeks ago). I had to replace the glow plug with a hotter one.when I broke it in and it ran bad. I also had to run it at 3/4 to full throttle at first to get it moveing.Know it runs great for a half a tank them it stalls when i come to a stop. I think i need to re-tune it again. good luck.

Re: different fuel.... not a huuuuge problem, but remember each different fuel usually requires a different tune to get the same result. But if we're still talking break in fuel settings, it should be fairly generous in this regard and shouldnt be a problem.
re: glow plug...
It will only ignite if it has a ground. The blue EZ start lead provides a +ve power feed... the glow plug earths through the engine. See the yellow wire in the EZ start loom... that's your ground wire.
So... if you want to see the plug glowing for yourself - pull it out, connect the ez start wire and touch the side of the glow plug against the cooling head of the engine.
Does the glow plug LED on the EZ start wand light up when you're trying to start?

i had to tune mine to get it to start and run good after break in. also check your idle. might not be high enough. i know that was a problem when i put a pipe on mine.
