STR setup
:sneaky: I need a good setup for a STR can you help me?

here type this in http://www.kyoshoamerica.com/setupsheets/ and then click on Mark Pavidis - Silver State 2006 to get his pro-setup also VERY IMPORTANT go to your local hobby shop to get a shim kit in the instructions they for got to show the ring and pinion gears in the diffs being shimed out with the shim kit you buy it comes with updated instrouctions if not youl blow your diffs also i didnt run Mark Pavidis setup for the diff's i went with (7000 in the front) (20000 in the center) and (4000 in the rear) the stock set-up is way to thin

One problem with copying one of the pro's setups is they are setup for them nottypically for us. Meaning they like there rides very loose which for us it would be like driving on marbles. Loose is fast but those guys are insane loose.

try cody kings set up, allot of people have liked his set up better than Mark P. not every set up will suit your own driving style, use it as a starting point and fine tune from that point on. here is cody king's set up sheet:
