When in doubt pay with a credit card. Your credit card company will reverse charges if the deal falls through.

The seller seems to be a legit destributor of R/C kits. He has lots of items for sale and from his feedback, a reputable one also. He never had a negative feedback for more than a year. He ships fast (according to other buyers) and has decent prices. I may doubt the 192 savage kits, but surely he will have one in stock. But, still, if you have second thoughts or not comfortable with the seller, don't go for it. Might as well go to your LHS and have the savage in your hands the moment you paid for it.

But if I am in the US and going to buy on Ebay, I will buy from this guy.
