well axial does make good engines. but they dont make HPI's engines. alot of their SB's are rossi's and i think the S-25 and 4.1 and .21 are made by a taiwanese company. they are still great engine's but not the gut wrenching power of those italian engine's

these guys i was talking to said they made the motors for hpi and you don't wan't to go bigger then their .28 because the .32 is way too fast and is hard to cantrol and theres no point in running your truck if you have the .32 i was woundering if anyone has now tested these.

what engine would you buy.

well, as kevin Hetmanski of RCCA, there's no too much power in monster trucking. especially for savage.
but for racing, max only .28 allowed. so more than that, its just for bashing anyway.

there is NO SUCH THING as too powerful in a MT. the tires are so big it becomes more stable as they spin faster.

Kingstar is the manufacturer.

K4.6, Axial, SureFire, etc. All the same blocks.

Correct, however, the K4.6 is not the same crankcase as the Axial .28, and the Axial .32 and Surefire .32 do share the same crankcase, but it is not the same as the .28 or K4.6.
