hey dude umm im kinda of a nitro guy but wat does turns mean? is it like saying 4 or 3.5 cc in a nitro engine? like more cc the more torque or rpm or w/e.....so like more turns = im guessing more torque? for the rock climberS? and less turns= faster RPM for touring cars?

You're about right. More turns gives more torque, and less speed. Less turns, and the opposite is true.
