Default Emaxx keeps blowing Traxxas steel axle

Hey guys,
weird one that I cant figure out. my traxxas emaxx keeps blowing the same LF axle everytime I drive it. ive gone through like 3 in a row now I think. I am using traxxas aftermarket steel driveshafts. I have been running these for a while with no issues like this. would replace one every so often.

so back story. I bought my axles off of ebay, the first couple times. They were traxxas branded and had traxxas part numbers. they worked fine. then recently when I blew one out, I did not have any left to replace it, so I needed to order more. I found a listing on ebay that looked exactly like the traxxas axles. under brand it said 'Maxx' and did not have part number. here is the listing https://www.ebay.com/itm/234741929788.

do you think I just got junk axle shafts? they even came in the same exact foam that the traxxas axles come in, just didnt have Traxxas packaging around it. the more and more I type, I realize I am probably answering my own question, haha. but just wanted to pick all of your brains if you think there might be another issue. I cant find anything else wrong. all parts are fully seated, and the steering knuckle is in all the way. they keep blowing out at the knuckle, sheering the pin off inside the axle and the shaft goes flying.

thanks everybody!

if it didn't have the traxxas packaging they are no doubt knockoffs. and if you're breaking them, cheap knockoffs. id let my wallet take a hit if need be and order some known legit parts from a reputable supplier.

Yeah, those are fake. There's no branding.

Also, loosen your slipper clutch a wee bit.

Yea, believe it or not, I didnt actually mean to buy fake ones. But I clearly didnt pay attention enough. they looked exactly the same and the price wasnt too much different, so I just figured it was a bargain lol.
