I should know better to get a new RC during the winter months. I don't like to go out and run my RCs when temps are low, and snow on the ground. Since Arrma will most likely not ever put out kits, the Kraton EXB roller will have to do. Will be outfitting the EXB chassis with some old and new gear that I had laying around.

Been running the Kraton on 4S/1700kv motor setup, and speeds are fine... for me (at the moment). I have to mention one thing I did find, when mounting the motor, the hole in the mount was not formed/tapped correctly. I had a heck of a time getting the one screw (pictured on the right) out. You can see the screw threads are not sharp at all. After re-tapping the mount , everything was feeling fine, and I could continue on without much stress from other minor QC issues on this EXB.

You can see there was quite a bit of material I took out of the mount after tapping it .

EXB has a lot of negative camber. I took off about 1.2mm of the lower arm end caps. In doing so, it also pushed the CV bones farther into the outdrive cups...preventing them from popping out at extreme suspension compression.
