Quick question about a motor MT ??
 

1st a little about me I have a pretty good bit of experience with nitro truggys and one losi lst but it was SEVERAL years ago .. so tuning and break in are no problem .. well now my kids have decided they want to try their hand at nitro and one of them is wanting a MT ..

Well after some searching I found most companies stopped making them which was a surprise to me . And I was left with very few options so here is what I have and need advice on

BRAND NEW in the box Losi LST XXL on eBay.. I’m a big fan of this truck but my concern is it sitting for years !! Thinking about the internals of the motor since it hasn’t had any oil in it for years

NEW HPI savage xl 4.6 .. new truck in the box just never was a fan of hpi

like I said it’s been years since I was in the hobby so my concern are ease of getting parts if they break something
