Have you run the engine in yet ???

If you follow the HPI dvd on running in and tuning the engine then you will not go far wrong.

Yes, i can honestly say that i dont have that dvd, but i can buy it, never thought of that. i found the right tuning on hpi's website so im testing it tomorrow and if it keeps stopping i just try until i get it right .

if i where to buy a new engine what engine would you recomend.

A new mill will not help if you cant tune it. You need to tune the one you have. Do a search on here or HPI for the factory needle settings and put it back to those settings. Learn to tune on the mill you have before looking to a replacement.

r u in australia tho? i know those motors dont like aussie but if u do want a new mill got for either a collari .32,os30vg or LRP .28 there all good engines and may need some mods to fit in

Hello from the states;

Your english is quite good, so you should benefit from this:

Bet you don't get to run outside much, even if the ocean moderates temperatures some you must get lots of rain and snow!

HPI 02-23-2006 10:56 AM

thats true a LOT of rain and snow, but that cant stop me hehe thanks for the link. The factory settings did not help
