I third that!
I am going to school, but I would like to do some 1/12 scalin' on the weekends. I miss it, and I like the superior gang, but the B.S. with gas prices will probably only let me go up there once or twice this year. FrickinOPEC!

Carpet's not all bad, I think it ends up costing more in the long run as it needs to be replaced every so offen. Asphalt will last forever indoors. And it's more realistic and a little more technical.
But, I'd rather have a carpet track than no track at all. Maybe in the near future we might have to put up a TC track down here in Rochester if you guys don't get anything going.
We currently race TC on our concrete like dirt oval indoors in the fall and winter and have a blast down here every weekend. The cars don't get dirty at all either, just a little dust. Not like a carpet or outdoor paved track would produce.
