i was wondering if and what tracks mihght be in the area of Pierre SD. even if i have to go and travel about an hour to get to the place i will do it. i do it now in the state i am living in. i will be out in Pierre from the 21st till the 7th of next month and would like to find a place to run. does it matter if its dirt or carpet? nope, not one bit. my truck can do both. even though i am doing carpet now in my home state. i dont care on what kind of track it is. i am going to visit my son out there and would like to take him to a race some day. please let me know what and were there are tracks at please. thank you so much ahead of time

Abolutely no racing in the area what so ever. There is carpet racing in Sioux Falls and Rapid City. Other than that you'd have to travel up to North Dakota for carpet racing.

ok. it did not matter if it was carpet or dirt. anything would be great. looks like i'll have to make a day out of it and go to the track with my son in either place. then who knows before or after. thank you.

hello,we run carpet racing thursday nites in rapid city.at fair grounds fine arts building.sept through april.everyone is welcome,we run short course,staduim,touring,world gt. shorts course 4x4 with mod motors.we do have a face book page.Rapid City radio controlled car club..we do have pics.

If you do come down to Sioux Falls we do carpet racing at Hobby Town USA on 41St on Friday nights from 6 P.M. till we are done. Carpet classes are 1/10 17.5, 1/10 VTA, 1/14 Recoil/Cartisma. Also in Sioux Falls on Sunday at (ramkota at w maple st and n westport ave) set up at 1000 A.M. and racing starts around 12 till done. i am not don't know what they all run there but i guess 1/14 Recoil/Cartisma, 1/10 17.5, Sprints, and a few other and that is put on by R/C Xtreme . TRC Hobby also has a dirt track in Brandon, in the ball fields.
