Jconcepts Nitro Rage, May 28-30 HobbyTown USA Hobbyplex

Jconcepts is sponsoring the Spring Nitro Nationals
May 28-30 at the HobbyTown USA Hobbyplex in Omaha, NE.

Jason Ruona will be there, along with some of the best racers in our region.

Flyer will be posted shortly

Classes will be Expert and Sportsman 1/8th scale buggy and truggy and electric 1/8th scale buggy.

For those unfamiliar with the Plex we have a 160x80 foot track and indoor, air conditioned pits!

We've hosted several RC pro series events and the 09 electric nats.

This is our Electric nats layout, but if look at the backside of the track you can see our starting wall, which makes nitro starts way easier on your pit man! You can also see our nice pit lane, too.

Quick question...how long are the electric mains going to be? 10 or 15 mins maybe?

We're going to do ten-minute triple A-mains, and ten minute B-mains and lower.

Most of us are running 4s, but there are a few running low kv motors with 5 and 6s. Batteries don't have to be hard cased.

Pretty much RC Pro Series rules.

It's not done yet. There's still a lot of raking and watering to do, but you get the basic idea. I left some stuff out so it will be a fresh track for the Jconcepts race.
