Default Minneapolis Area nitro on-road?

Hello,
I used to race an RS4 at Hobby Zone in Eagan, years ago. I am looking to get into the hobby and know Hobby Town in Minnetonka holds Wednesday night racing.

1) Is there anywhere else to run? I've heard a rumor of a track in Hutchinson.

2) Which car would be competitive? I have my eye on an MTX4R...

Thanks,
Steve

Man, only Hobby Town parking lot racing, huh? I am not sure how a 1/10th scale car would fair against those 1/8th scale monsters in Ramsey.

Do most people run off-road these days?

This place looks awesome! Is this the same MMR of Golden Valley?

I wish you guys ran 1/10th on-road out there. My brother is looking for a place to race his 10th scale and I am looking into buying a new one.

Do oyu run practice days?

What is an advantage to going with a 720? I was trying to figure out which kit to get between the V1RRR and the MTX4R. I will research the 720, next.

They are all pretty equal but the 720 seems easier to work on. At least thats what I have heard. Plus they are easy to get parts for. And nothing beats a serpent
