MCRC (Billings) Presents the 17th Annual Magic City Classic
 

Hey guys n gals,

Only a few days left to take advantage of pre-registration savings for the Magic City Classic 17th Annual Carpet Challenge which will be held May 18-20 in the Shrine Auditorium.

This facility will be comparable to the recent (and VERY successful, at least from a racer's point of view) Prarie Knights event. We will be in a large auditorium and use an elevated stage as our driver's stand. 90' X 48' track, RC Scoring Pro race management (no lengthy delays to resort or set mains). This has been a successful event for many years in the past and promises the same for 2007. Last years event hosted 85 entries including Mr. Mike Blackstock who gave the event a big two thumbs up!!

Due to late notice we are extending the pre-registration deadline one week to May 8...entries postmarked by that date are eligible for the $5/class discount on entries.

Everybody else, we're down to 4 days to the deadline getting those entries mailed out. Remember, they only have to be postmarked by the 8th...they get here when they get here.

Let's get 'em in!! We'd sure like to see a bunch of you ND and MN folks. We've had a great time being beaten by you at your events, now come beat us at ours and take the hardware home with you!

Six of us just spent ALL day getting our trophies created. Got about 80-85% done, we'll post pics when they're completed. Very happy with how they turned out, and you'll be very happy to take one (or more) home.
