Default Family Hobbies Raceway Vineland, NJ opening day April 1st & 2nd

Starting a new thread to celebrate the new 2017 race season! This year we are running our normal off road program on Saturdays but adding our new oval program on Sundays. Both days, same time. 10:30- 11:30= registration and practice, with racing starting at 12noon. You can check our website FamilyHobbiesRaceway.com or we're on Facebook for details. You can also call the shop 856-696-5790 or stop by the shop.
In the off road program we're hoping and counting on seeing the 1/10th buggies again! Last year we had a heat of them just about every week. Mostly 4wds. but even if you only have a 2wd. you can still race with them.
4x4 short course is expected and a really fun class.
1/8th E-buggies the biggest class of that scale.
You never know what to expect. There is talk of nitro 1/8th buggies coming back to life.
The oval classes will be listed very soon. We appologize for the wait. We have installed an oval in the middle of the off road track. It will be utilized as part of the off road on Saturdays, and with a few minor pipe moves will be turned back into an oval after Saturday's races.
We look forward to another great race season this year! If you're new to racing, we recommend you to stop out and watch at least one race day to see what it's all about. We have a lot of fun!
Thanks everyone!
Linda

What type of tire? Is anyone running E-truggy? I've got a 2wd buggy and an E-truggy I'd love to run.

Holeshots, Sweep Carbibes, Impacts, Gridirons 1/8 scale Buggy. E-Truggy Impacts or Gridirons.

2WD Buggy I would think ribs up Front and Impacts on Rear or Holeshots.

Are you racing any of the classes I mentioned? Been a long time since I've been yelled at.
