Default RTR Racing R/C Hobby Shop and Raceway

Welcome to RTR Racing R/C Hobby Shop & Raceway

South Jerseys indoor on-road carpet Race center for family fun.

Racing is a fully stocked hobby store, with an indoor race track. We offer rental cars for practice, fun and racing.

We also have a full line of indoor and outdoor Drones.

Friday nights are Club Race nights, anyone is welcome to enter or watch. Starting the first week in April, we will be adding Saturday nights as Club Race night as well.

Friday Nights racing starts at 7pm-11pm:
1/18th Scale
Tamiya Mini Cooper
VTA
Vaterra

Saturday Nights racing starts at 5pm-9pm:
Super Cooper
Tamiya Mini Cooper
VTA

Saturday afternoon we run a kids program from 2pm - 330pm: (parents are welcome to join the kids as well and rentals are available)

Business hours:
Tuesday & Wednesday 4pm - 8pm

Friday 4pm - 11pm

Saturday 2pm - 8pm

Fee's Vary based on race type and are subject to change.

Race nights are $15 for the first class, $5 for each additional. Saturday night is the same, however if you race friday night, you get 50% of the race entry fee's on Saturday.

Open practice is $5 for an hour, $10 for the day.

Kids program is $12 for first child, $6 each additional child in same family.

Rental Fees vary based on what program they are being used for, stop in for pricing.

Transponders are available to rent for $10 each night of racing.

Starting the first Saturday in April, we will be starting a new series of racing. Super Cooper, Mini Cooper and VTA will be the classes. Doors open at 2 pm, racing starts at 5 pm. We will also continue our Friday program. Special offer will be half cost entry fee on Saturday fora anyone who raced Friday night as well. A/C will be going for the summer, so stay cool and be sure to tell your friends and family. Thanks for the support.

Starting this Wednesday and every Wednesday after RTR will be hosting Oval Style Racing with a NASCAR/NASTRUCK theme. Racing will start between 6 and 7 pm. Will be running 2 classes, m-05 chassis with NASCAR/NASTRUCK body and 4 x 4 Touring car with NASCAR/NASTRUCK body. and can only use 17.5 motors.
Doors will open at 4 pm for practice and cost will be $10 for first class and $5 for second class entered.

Just wanted to throw an update up. After talking with the owner of RTR most of the day, Seems as though new CRC carpet is coming, as well as a massive upgrade in size! More details will be posted, as well as a customer appreciation get together will be planned in the future. Stay tuned Big things are coming!!!!!

FYI: This saturday the 16th RTR Hobbies will be hosting our second mini cooper endurance race. The team that turns the most laps in 4hours is the winner!! Teams of 3-4 people per car. Check out the RTR Raceway and Hobbies facebook page for more info! Hope to see you guys out there!

Hey guys, Im proud to announce that RTR Racing in Hammonton, NJ is expanding! The new track is scheduled to be completed mid May! The track will house some of the finest racing around. It will be an 80x30 layout, with AMB's latest and greatest scoring system. The track will also have the newest CRC Carpet over top of smoothed and leveled concrete. All classes will be accommodated, currently the track has a very strong VTA, Mini cooper, and 1/18th scale classes which run on Friday nights. Along with a fully stocked hobby shop, Jay and his crew will have one of the finest racing facilities on the east coast. Check back for updates as we will be posting progress pictures as the construction begins! Hope to see you all out there!

Looking forward to the updates and the renovation pics. I've been meaning to stop in and run some laps. I just need to program my esc and my brother needs somebody to solder up his esc/battery connectors. Would rtr be able to solder my brothers esc/motor tomorrow?
