Was there a 2wd buggy 'blinky' class last week? Was thinking of picking up a buggy, and I'll need to know motor choice...

Just get a 17.5 motor. That's all thats needed for the track. You can run the 17.5 in mod if you want. It was proven this past weekend that you don't need a big motor to win.

I run 17.5 blinky and its perfect.. Agree that you dont need mod.

This is prob a bad example but Dwayne came up with a 17.5 car and dominated. But no big surprise there :P

Ok....well, then I have an old Novak 21.5 motor from a inroad car I bought. Would that be fine to start on this track? To too slow?

Ignore that last question. Going with a 13.5 just so I have room to grow, and can run at other tracks.
Can someone help me w/a starting point for gearing? Don't remember what spur is in it.....so what final drive ratio should I be aiming for on this track?

Aww com'on guys. Just a ballpark is fine. I'll play from there. I have a hard enough time keeping it out off the wall.
