Not going to run races today. The humidity is peeling up the sugar. Will be running time practices for the rest of the day.

Great weekend. A lot of racing. Well not much on Saturday. But still great weekend thanks to randy for.all the help in my car. Be back in two weeks

any time new b, yup yup good weekend just need 2 or 3 more guys and good weather for the next two weekends lets get some official racing in befor season ends,rich and i will be there to run them,also thanks to bibi and kenny for helping us.by the way i believe we have a layout change!

We have the end of the season race on September 13 a flyer will be posted here soon.

Novak 21.5 and Novak 25.5 motors only
4.2 FDR for racers using the 21.5 brushless motor,
and open gearing for the 25.5 motors
No timing on esc ( blinky mode only).
Physical motor timing only
Car must Weight= 1550g or higher
Spec tires = HPI standart vta tires
Hard case 7.4v - 2 cell lipos, 8.44 fully charged
VTA bodies: 1960's and 1970's
HPI bodies allowed = 1970 Cuda, 68 /69 Camaro, 65 Ford Shelby gt-350,
66 Ford Mustang gt, Ford Mustang gt coupe, 1970 Dodge Challenger, 69 Chevrolet Camaro Z28, 68 Chevrolet Camaro etc.. based on USVTA rules
All pinion and spur should be visually identifiable for easy tech purposes, please mark appropriately. Thank you

Formula one rules ( Tentative )
Open f1 chassis: f103, f103, f109, f104's and chassis alike
Car must Weight 980g or higher
Motor types: Brushed silver can, your choice of fan
any brushless 21.5 ....
Hard case 2 cell 7.4v lipo, 8.44v fully charged
Any F1 tire on F1 wheels. (Rubber or foam) (no pan car tires).

Hi guys. I am thinking on getting into the VTA scene for next season. What motor/esc combo is common on track here? Also, was considering the TC4; how popular is this setup? Thx!

Any Novak 25.5 for the motor. I use a Hobbywing Just Stock for the ESC.. i think they're good..

As for the car. you can use any 4wd TC and be competitive. I used to run an HPI pro 4 shaft drive car and it was fine.
