I would encourage everyone to check out RCWERKZ thread where he created his own version of the Rally BEFORE Losi came out with their version.

At least parts support for the Kemora/kalahari's will continue!

Awesome! I was beginning to think Losi was going to skip the ball on this one. Interested to see if the Short Course Truck will follow. I would assume, yes. Only time will tell. Basically if the Rally is made all the SCT would require are different bumpers, body, wheels, and body post.

It looks great! Thanks for the shoutout! @mkiina

Interesting, this is a far cry from a less expensive option that is far better. Tacon Ranger/LC Racing Rally. Bigger motor and esc, better servo, all parts are better and they're invincible.

Take note that Losi continues to change nothing we ask them to, and command a far higher price point. But wait....it has AVC. Gyros are $10 on ebay, what's the value of this car versus its competitors?

Not trying to diss the thread, it's nice to see what's new, but that thing is a POS when sitting next to the Ranger. Oh...and the Ranger is $170, that's $30 for extra lipos. And you won't have to swap ball cups, servo, motor and every plastic part with upgrades that Tacon and LC give you stock. Hoping Losi sells zero of this model, this is darn near toy grade compared to the alternatives for less $$$'s.

Oh Losi.....SMH.

It would have been nice if Losi made this with the same wheelbase and width as the mini 8ight. Parts and body compatibility would have made this much more attractive.

I bought a few kemoras for christmas gifts back when they were on clearance for $115.
I was impressed with what was included for vaterra. Not avc, but it had a better charger and radio and it's manual was nicer than losi stuff. It was weird how they pulled it so quick and it popped back up as losi.
