Carisma GT14B Pro Setup
Hi Guys,
Just picked up a Carisma GT14B Pro ARR and wanted to get some opinions on setting it up. This is what I was thinking -
Servo Hitec 5245mg with Xray Servo Saver
ESC Castle Mamba Max pro
Motor HET Typhoon 4800Kv
Battery Still on the hunt for good shorty packs
I dont go to the track, but I hope to one day (closest track is outdoor), I run the EZ run setups in a few other cars, so I wanted to try something different in this one.
Any recommendations are highly appreciated! Thanks.

I bought one of the brushed versions from carisma for $70. I don't have much time on it yet. I have upgraded to brushless though. I also bought a Phat Bodies Kaboom body so it's easier to fit the electronics in. I am going to strap a stick pack battery on the top deck. I hate messing with the mini saddles.

What did you use for your brushless setup? Strapping the battery is a good idea, I'll have to look into that.
70 is a great price! It seems you get a lot of vaule for your money with Carisma.

I used this motor:

It's crazy fast. I also used a 30 amp hobbywing esc.
