Default Dromida Transponder Install

How do I install a transponder in my Dromida SC 4.18? It seems to me
the receiver is in an enclosed unit. Thanks

It's a pain. You may have to hard wire it into the battery wires. The best option is to go brushless and get the 2.4ghz brushless receiver for it. Then you have a 3rd channel for a transponder.

Nothing that difficult. Put a y harness in the servo port. Plug servo
Into one side and transponder into other.
Esc/rx unit can be removed by a couple of screws under the chassis.
We race these and found that is the easiest way to go.

I would agree with the y harness route. Probably go with the steering servo split.
