Company called Kamtec makes a clear body for the thriller. Their based overseas so shipping will cost a little more. If you place an order for 2 or more bodies you'll save on shipping. I've got almost a full year of racing on mine and its holding up just fine...

Default body wasted

not sure if we got a bad body,or it my wife going big air, rather me going lap times, her body is wasted after 2 months, my body has some cracks, but nothing like hers, have a couple of new bodies coming in, going to try plasti-dip, dupil-color and plasti-kote paints, had some lexan pieces and painted them and taped them onto the front skid plate, held up great, no chips, even bending in half!

The replacement clear shell from lc is much better than the stock one. I've been hatd core racing mine for over a year with just a few small cracks in the back now appearing. Only spares you really need is spindles and the lower arm pin bushes. These things are pretty strong. No point getting alu upgrades. In my year of racing I've only broken one spindle and arm bushes after hitting a steel pole at max speed

Essential parts would be L6006.L6007.L6011.L6041.

Maybe a spur gear if you run outside in dirt.

The stock body is not lexan . Its PET plastic which is very brittle. The replacement LC clear shell is polycarb/lexan and is very strong

replaced the stock springs with losi m8ight stock springs and losi 35wt oil,got springs and oil from hopmeup.com for under $10 per truck, truck are much better on big air jumps, no bottoming out, excepted on huge jumps, working on the spring settings!

Smile 50+ battery packs

after 50+ battery packs, only three problems with these trucks, stock bodies are crap, both trucks have had the servo replaced, replaced them with heavier all metal coreless servos, and last night after a couple of battery packs, i heard a growling sound, after taking apart, found both the pinion gear and the slipper gears were destroyed, pinion gear must be made out of old beer cans, went to our local hobby shop and got a metal pinion gear and a losi mini8 three slipper gear set, glad it fits because nitrorcx hasn't had them in stock for a long time, will test them out tonight, not bad trucks at all for under $140 bucks each, that was after a 20% discount from nitrorcx!!
