What offset are you using when you get HPI 10th scale road wheels/tires?

Will probably go with the gold compound.

I will run these front tires for front and rear using all rear wheels.

The width is perfect. So it will be very easy to cut them down.

IF anyone wants a set made now is the time when I place my order.

I can ship you the tires cut to mini 8ight rims for 45 dollars(includes shipping)

Tires run roughly 30 dollars. So that gives me 15 for shipping and labor. Priority shipped.

Just an offer if anybody wants a set.

Yea, I was thinking the golds were super soft. You are right, the greens are.

I want the supersofts because of how light the mini 8ight is.

PM me if anyone is interested. Will place my order this weekend. So you would receive the tires by next weekend.

IF you want me to order rims let me know and can glue the tires on the rims also.

Just got off the phone with the tech at J concepts. And the tire width is 32.5mm for the bar codes I listed in any compound. Which is perfect on the mini 8ight.

So what I will be doing is running 4 mini 8ight rear rims. I tried this last night with stock tires.

You have to dremel about 1mm of plastic rim away on the inside to clear the steering arms.

Then you can run 4 rear wheels. The tires should still glue fine to a narrow front rim. But I think it would greatly increase traction to run all 4 wheels the same.

That is up to you.

No Greens fellows. I can get gold though for a good price.

Which would be about 42dollars shipped to your door for 4 bar codes cut for mini 8ight tires.

The pro line scrubs look pretty good for indoor clay.

Ran them on astroturf and carpet so far and they rock, the low sidewall helps give a nice stable turn-in like the Schumacher SST tyres we run in the BRCA series. Wear rate is good too, what you see is my last set though and they are illegal for the BRCA series at the mo because they are not commercially available in this country.

Getting pro-line back on the scene can only help the scale as far as I can see!

The fronts turned out great also. Perfectly round. Even showed the cut edge on this picture.

Can't wait to get them on the track.

I just wish I could have got the fronts in the green compound. The rears are super sticky. The fronts are the gold bar codes.
