Default Mini Z v Losi Micro Truggy for indoor Jumping

I've been searching threads, and so far it seems people like the Losi 1:24 Micro Truggy, more than the Mini Z buggy, for indoor jumping.

For those who've run both, is it just the higher speed of the Losi Micro, or are they also tougher for better landing survival???

I'd been leaning towards the Mini Z due to the mass of high quality parts available, it's better steering, and limited top speed (dinning table & bookshelf based ramps should provide enough speed).

But, if the Mini-Z's aren't going to survive as well, obviously I need to rethink. (I'm after 3x, so I want to get the best surviver first time round.)

I think the 1/24 will be more rugged, with cheaper parts. I have two of the losis and one of the kyosho, and I think the losi is better overall.

The only thing that is better IMO on the Mini Z is the 2.4Ghz radio . The Losi has a better suspension and can jump much better than the K car ......

Enjoy , they are killer little trucks and can take a beating . Too bad they dont offer them brushless with a 2.4 Ghz radio .

They do! Or at least the SCT & Rally have a 2.4G brushless version. (Not the buggy yet.)

Really can't wait for a 2.4 brushless truggy.
