Afaik for some not very long time traxxas 1/16 cars come with 550-sized motors instead of the old 380. The model numbers look unchanged (at least for what I have, 1/16 slash brushed #7005) but the motor is much bigger and center-mounted.

I did not know that a few months back and got the old 380 version
