the best micro

Trouble is, I am in Europe. A Sumo would cost me $56 for the thing, $35 for shipping and $23 customs. That's more in shipping and taxes than the car's price. But Graupner would only be like $20 in shipping, no taxes.
In the meantime for indoor time wasting, my micro DT now has a 1S 400mAh lipo which gives me runtime (stock is 150mAh nimh), diy led lights and charging connector - no need to disassemble it each time. Not so funny being only 2wd.

Well so for now i could be the micro rc king? lol
Nah....
What i can say is:
-If you got space in the house make a track and buy used miniz's and start upgrading every month
If not, got for the Micro Losi stuff in 4x4 brushless either (rally,SCT or truggy) and go outside of home and have some fun!
But in home track....

-This is my home track for miniz,z-mods!
And some of my micro rc's... remenber.. i am an addictect to micro rc's and for starters this is overkill!

well...
holy crap thats quite a collection! If it was me I would've got an earful by the time i got a third one.
I've only just starting my collection but my wife don't mind me having more of the mini-z bodies though because of their 'scale' looks e.g autoscalestudio.com/search and frankly I think she's right.. they're awesome!

Found the (almost) perfect indoor micro for me a while ago.
Since I like drifting, and caught a sale, I got the Losi micro rally 1:24 brushless. It binds to my dx3c radio, and with a 600mAh 1S lipo and electrical tape on the wheels it drifts as good as a micro can drift on laminated floor and it lasts for more than half an hour.
Only think, stock 5-wire servo is crap and expensive, gave up very soon an was replaced (some modding was needed) with a cheap 3-wire micro servo from hk.
Also added front and rear lights.
The car looks better than in pictures (don't like the rims though).
Some pictures are in the official losi micro thread.

I like the Losi cars, there seems to be plenty of parts for them around here. I only have one right now because I got it for $20 from a guy at the local track who wanted to unload it. Seems like fun so far. Next up is either the SCT or truggy and I may buy one of the RCP tracks and start having some guys I know over if they buy a car. I would like to check on the mini Z but have never seen one in person or anyplace locally selling them. They look like a lot of fun and since I like road course racing it seems to fit. I would like to see them run on small lipo batteries and run 2.4 like the Losi cars do.
