Traxxas Support

So I had my MERV's ESC burn out at the 24th day and they replaced it for free and well as the battery it burnt out. I got it back pretty quick and every time i called for info regarding repairs and general use of the care the support guys were awesome. Well i was doing some speed test (with my new GPS tracker) and i went to switch around pinions to see what the difference really was. When i took it appart i saw the 23t pinion so i went into my tool box looking for my 25 or 28 (what ever they send stock) and oddly enough i already had the 23t, on top of that they stripped my screw so i couldnt get it out if i wanted... Right when i was about to start talking shit about them i called to report it to repairs and was pleasantly suprised again! I called and they are now sending me a whole new pinion set (the 23t, 25t, and 28t) a coupe new grub screws and a new set of body clips. Funny part was that i was just talking about my MERV when he heard I was running out of the clips and he offered to throw them in the box for free. Its not a huge thing on their part but now days i find it hard to find a customer service that even pretends to give a crap.

All in al they made an honest mistake and are more then making it up to me so i have to give Traxxas Customer Support a 5 star rating, mostly because they politely put up with my noob questions!
