Questions?? Help choosing BRUSHED motors for Mini LST2

Hey everyone!

Just picked up an MLST2 to pass the winter. Still has the stock Frenzy motors and want to upgrade. I have a set of 19T Stump Puller motors and would like to know if they'll hold up in the MLST2. Also have a new Tekin B1R esc I would like to try and was wondering if I can connect 2 motors to it without burning it.

How about the Insane motors? Worth the money?

Thanks in advance!

those are nice motors. if cost is an issue then consider the losi insane motor, they are sold in pairs and give a good balance of speed and cost. having seen the mini sliders at the local oval the difference between the frenzy and the insane motors was very easy to see,

Thanks for the reply Looper!

If given the choice, would you go with the Insane or Stump puller motors?

given the choice i would make the leap to brushless. they are fast and give longer run times over brushed.

i guess it would depend on how fast you want to go and how much you want to spend. the stump puller 19 or 17t motor would give you fast speeds but alot of heat and reduced run time. the insane would give you a speed boost not so severe but the cost of them being lower.

or for the cost of 1 stump puller or about 10 bucks more than the insane you could get this.

i use this same setup in my 1/18 and it works well.
