Default Castle BL temp??

What is the safe temp. to run the castle 380 size BL motors at? About 140 like my 540 size stuff??

Castle says 200°F. Seems a bit hot to me, but melting temp for solder used in electronics is about the 350° range so....

I TRY AND KEEP ALL OF MY MOTORS BETWEEN 160 AND 180....THIS WILL KEEP THEM RUNNING EFFICIENT FOR A LONG TIME....BUT YOU CAN RUN THEM UP TO 200 AND EVEN TO 230 BUT THE LIFE IS PRETTY MUCH DONE......IT SEEMS THAT THE RACING TEMP IS WHERE I STATED EARLIER FOR MOST RIDES IN THE MICRO INDUSTRY.....
