Upper temp limit for brushed motor?

What is the recommended upper temperature limit for a brushed mod motor?

I have a Trinity Cobalt 16Turn 1/18 motor.

around 150 F is a safe bet. The highest I ever temped a brushed motor that lived to race again was 229, but it was never quite the same after that.
