Cleared it with Tower Control and I'm going to the off road nats! You guys put on a great show for the onroad nats and thought I'd give offroad a chance.

I know this is one of your premier events and I know it's going to be great.

Team Canada (Ottawa) will represent. Trying to convince Max to come down. He's got to get his rear end to some races soon!

Most likely Open trucks and Open buggy for me.

Now I need to find out the best foams for open trucks (Xray) and open buggy (exotek). Search is beginning.

Any recommendations for the RCMadness track? Which compound do you use? Is Parma the preferred make? Any suggestions for your track would be appreciated.

We will allow the Mini Inferno in the Buggy Open class provided the motor is 380 in size or smaller...

Will ask again in case it was missed

Which preferred foams for M18t at RCMadness?
--> I understand ZBarry used dual compound in front and white in back. Is that standard there.

Which preferred foams for rc18t/exotek?
--> Looking for any recommendations?

New to offroad carpet and time is limited to test loads of foams. Any help would be appreciated.

quick question:

would a vendetta st converted to a buggy with buggy body and buggy tires be acceptable in the open buggy class? The rules state open chassis, but i don't know if that means only open buggy chassis.

thanks

The Detta ST would be too wide. Please see the bottom section of the rules where size is called out.

Pierre,

The AE guys were using the standard AE RC18T foam truck tires but just cut down. They were dialed.
